7.5-26-0 8S provides an excellent source of nitrogen and phosphorus for warm and cool season turf. An ideal choice for a starter fertilizer following the overseeding process or for the use of establishing new turf.
Nitrogen is the greatest factor in turf growth. Absorbed primarily as nitrate or ammonium, nitrogen promotes rapid growth while improving turf’s ability to withstand stress and heavy traffic. Phosphorus is utilized in the formation of nucleic acids, the storage and transfer of
energy, while also increasing seedling vigor and root development.
Prior to mixing 7.5-26-0 8S with other micronutrients, a jar test is recommended to test for compatibility. This product should not be mixed with calcium or neutral (pH≈7.0) materials.
